At All The Evil Bakery, we create a unique fusion of traditional baking techniques and a wicked depth of flavour. Each confection and cake is designed to delight the senses, making indulgence an art form. But aside from delectable sweet treats, we're also about excellent cocktails to boost or contrast those interesting flavours and textures.
We're starting off with releasing our cookbook and, if it gets enough traction, looking to open pop-ups or cooking & cocktailing classes in the future.
Why "All The Evil"?
Here, the flavours and textures come first, and ingredients are where it all starts and stops. Every recipe is optimised for the ingredients that will provide the best experience for your senses. So yeah, lots of butter, lots of sugar, dairy, eggs, gluten, chocolate, booze... if you have specific allergies, sensitivities, preferences, or addictions this won't be the place for you.
For those who can indulge without worry, you've come to a new and interesting place.

This whole endeavour starts with the cookbook, Cakes, Cookies and Cocktails: Clever Pairings of Three of Your Favourite Cs.
The recipes focus on indulgent cakes, cookies, sweet treats and the complementary cocktail recipes that bring out the flavours in each of them. It's all about enjoying something indulgent with good friends (and the family members you like!)
It's chock full of easy-to-follow recipes, from labours-of-love show-stoppers to quick-and-dirty treats for when you really can't be bothered with the effort, but still want something scrumptious. There is even an index of alternate drink pairings if the main cocktails attached to your favourite sweet treats don't float your boat.
